Common Questions

Where do I find my hosting credentials?
Log in to your current host's client area → Hosting → Manage. For cPanel the URL is typically server.oldhost.com:2083. For FTP use your host's FTP hostname and the username/password provided.
How long does migration take?
Most migrations complete within 1–4 hours depending on total data size. Large accounts (>10 GB) may take up to 24 hours.
Will my site go offline?
No. Your site stays live on your old host until we've verified everything is working perfectly on ours, then we switch DNS.
What if I have many domains?
Use the "Add another domain" button to list all domains. If you have more than 10, add a note in the Additional Notes field.
